  • First Course: Bacon Egg & Brioche Salad. Chopped Romaine, Green Goddess Dressing, Pickled Red Onions, Cherry Heirloom Tomatoes, and Sliced Cucumber.

  • Second Course: Butternut Squash Ravioli with Sage Cream Sauce, Queso Fresco, Pepitas, and Calabrian Chili Oil

  • Third Course: Prosciutto & Fig Flatbread, Scamorza Cheese, Gorgonzola, Crushed Pistachio, and Cherry Gastrique
