EVENT POLICIES
Registration & Cancellation Policy
The event registration & cancellation policy is in effect to ensure that we can properly plan and deliver the best possible experience at our events while also minimizing food waste.
Last-minute Cancellations/No-shows: you will be charged 50% of the event pricing
(cancellations within 24 hours from the scheduled event start time)
Add-ons/Not Registering: you will be charged an additional 10% on the original event pricing
(this includes changes to your headcount and/or coming to an event for which you have not registered)

The above policy will be applicable to all events unless otherwise noted within a specific event.

Annual Food Minimum
All social events contribute to your annual food minimum, while golf events do not count towards the annual minimum.

Event Location
Based on the final RSVP numbers, the Club reserves the right to assign an appropriate function space. Specific event spaces or rooms are not guaranteed and are subject to change.
