Class Schedule

Below classes are available thru March 3, 2025. Classes are 30 minutes unless noted. 

MONDAY

9:00AM - Stretch

  • Full-body dynamic, foam roller and static stretches.

9:30AM - Body Ball Combo

  • Pack in a little bit of cardio and a little bit of strength.

TUESDAY

9:00AM - Strength Time

  • High-efficiency strength training performed using slow-movement and free weights.

9:30AM - Core

  • Target the abdominal, oblique and back muscles with strengthening exercises.

WEDNESDAY

9:00AM - Pilates + Strength

  • Strengthen your body with this lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles while also training your arms and legs using free weights.

9:30AM - Slow Climb

  • Let’s hit the hills together! Set your treadmill to an incline, set your speed to 3 mph and shed those pounds.

THURSDAY

9:00AM - Strength Time

  • High-efficiency strength training performed using slow-movement and free weights.

9:30AM - Core

  • Target the abdominal, oblique and back muscles with strengthening exercises.

FRIDAY

9:00AM - Body Ball Cardio

  • Come for a fun way to burn some calories using the large body balls.

9:30AM - Body Ball Strength

  • Want more? Stay for Body Ball Strength to get a full body burn.

*Please note registration is required and you will be charged if you are a no-show no call.

Member Wellness Center - Stretching Clas

$5 per person, per 30 minute class

Fees paid through member account at the end of each week. All classes have modifications to suit all fitness levels and ages.
