Full-body dynamic, foam roller and static stretches.
9:30AM - Body Ball Combo

Pack in a little bit of cardio and a little bit of strength.

TUESDAY
9:00AM - Strength Time

High-efficiency strength training performed using slow-movement and free weights.
9:30AM - Core

Target the abdominal, oblique and back muscles with strengthening exercises.

WEDNESDAY
9:00AM - Pilates + Strength

Strengthen your body with this lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles while also training your arms and legs using free weights.
9:30AM - NEW Golf Stroke, Strength & Conditioning​

Work in some extra training to strengthen your golf swing with specific swing exercises.

THURSDAY
9:00AM - Strength Time

Fees paid through member account at the end of each week. All classes have modifications to suit all fitness levels and ages.
